Process requirements

The frequency converter, constant-pressure water supply substrate, pressure sensor constitute the control system, to optimize the speed control system of the pump unit, and automatically adjust the number of pump operation units to complete the water supply pressure closed-loop control, in the pipe network flow changes, to stable water pressure and save energy.

Advantages

  • When using water supply substrate achieve one inverter drive four motors ,it can automatically switch between variable frequency and power frequency, to avoid the current shock, causing the impact of fluctuations in the grid voltage; If not using water supply substrate, the inverter can realize the mode of one drive two;
  • The regulating function of the internal PID is directly fed to the converter by the pressure feedback signal of the pressure sensor, set the the pressure value and the PID parameter value and the switching time of the water pump, to keep the water supply pressure constant;
  • When the user has less water or no water, in order to save energy, the frequency converter can be set in "sleep" function to  make the pump suspended working;
  • The closed loop control of inverters can adjust the speed of water pump to change the pressure, which can reduce pipeline resistance to decrease energy consumption greatly, compared the mode of adjusting the valve pipe to control the pump outlet pressure.
  • Decreasing the speed of pump can reduce the bearing wear and heat to extend the pump and motor mechanical life;
  • Automatic control of constant pressure, without frequent operation of operators, reduces the labor intensity of personnel and saves manpower.mechanical life;
