Application of Yuanxin YX9000 Series Frequency Converter in CNC Machine

The technical requirements of CNC machine tools for VFD.

1. Requires large torque at low-frequency : 0.21Hz output 150% rated torque;


2. Fast response for dynamic torque  , and the speed stabilization accuracy is high. When the load changes, the output torque responds quickly to achieve the stability of the spindle speed;


3. Fast deceleration , the shorter deceleration time is to save the processing cost for customers, which is usually realized by adding a braking resistor;


4. Auto-tuning of motor parameters;


5. The various requirements of frequency command and running command generally originate from CNC analog value setting or multi-stage speed setting. The analog type is mainly voltage type analog value.
