I. Working principle

1. Food packaging machine, widely used in various snack packaging, such as automatic packaging for the plastic outer package of the ice cream and various snacks.

2. The packaging material is fed through the touch screen, and the PLC program gives high-speed pulse frequency modulation to the inverter to realize the automatic operation of paper feeding and cutting knife. The packaging material is used for the packaging and cutting of the food with the heated edge-banding grinding tool and the cutting knife.  The finished products are thus completed, achieving fully automated production.

II. Process requirements

Two inverters operate in pulse linkage at the same time, one sends packaging materials, and the other controls the rotation of the cutter. The frequency converter is required to start and stop quickly, acceleration and deceleration is 0.2 seconds, low-frequency torque requirements are high, pulse frequency modulation is fast, and the error is small. The cutout packaging bags should all be of the same length.

With YX2000-2S0007 pulse control, the machine operation function can be satisfied.

III. Parameter setting

P0.01=7, P0.03=1, P0.09=12, P0.17=0.2, P0.18=0.2, P4.01=35 are used to control the FWD forward rotation, REV reverse rotation , and pulse input X2.
